I’m sure the individual who made the video would be very unpleased to know that their name is associated with such a faulty product and awful customer service. $75 for a video download and it doesn’t work as it should and where I need it most. It does nothing more than run in the background and adjust the color. And now haven’t heard back for some time so I guess that’s it. F.lux is a clever app with a simple idea, available for PC, Mac and jailbroken iPhones. Time Out is an app exclusive for Mac, and it is perfect for people who struggle to. Furthermore, they have been able to demonstrate that the app helps people sleep better, and they fall asleep sooner. I’ve contacted tech support via email (is there even a phone number?) two or three times only to have to wait for 24 hours or more to get the same response- not enough storage. Like F.lux, it is based on important scientific research, specifically on the circadian rhythm and how that affects sleep. I spoke with a human at Apple and they said I have plenty of storage on the iPad in fact more than my phone. If I hit cancel and then try to play or download it says there’s not enough storage. When app is first opened I get a notice saying no internet connection- I am connected to the internet.

However, on the iPad Pro running most recent update it doesn’t.

The player works on my iPhone, that’s why it gets 2 stars.
